Power steering clicking

What is your question?

GMC Yukon Denali Xl power steering pump is making clicking sounds when turning and worse while backing up but if I step on the gas it gets a little quiet, power steering pump was replaced yesterday

What makes this problem better or worse?

Adding more power steering fluid but lasted 5mins
