My interior lights wont go out after closing doors

Yep,FIRST,read the answer from "Sterling Car Care"..they are very correct.and i have done this too..maybe a kid moved the switch to ON? that would make the interior lights stay on,BUT if the dome light switch is in the DOOR POSITION,then read this,..>> one of your door ajar/jamb switches is stuck. most likely the front drivers side,because it is opened and closed more than the others,but could be any of them..spray a generous amount of WD-40 in/on the door latches,open and close the door(s) several times to free up the stuck switch...

Have you checked to make sure your switch is in the proper position? There are three positions, one will ignore the door switches?
