Should there be resistance on the ic wire from pcm to icm? And if so how much? And if not, what would couse there to be?

My fuel stays at 60psi.no drop in psi. Ignition switch has been replaced. But some thing hapends the the conectshon with the turn signal switch after a few mounths. My blinkers would stop working at the dash and the bulbs but my haserds still work. I put my old switch in and it works. And i don't know how to test maf meter or iac valve but I'll look into it and get back to u.
