I have checked the breaks and they are fine I have break fluid filled but my breaks keep going to the floor and the break light comes on as well

IF no visible brake fluid leaks (?) Suspect failing 'master cylinder' .. Strongly suggest *brake* repair by qualified personnel, this is usually not for the average DIYer!!
