What is your question?
The bulbs aren't blown. I checked the fuse in the fuse box under the hood. The problem occured when I hooked up the wiring in the trailer plug to operate the trailer back-up lights. The trailer lights work now but I LOST THE VEHICLE BACK-UP LIGHTS.

You have cut a wire that powers the vehicle lights...check the connection to the trl. plug again!
I hope you didn't short the rear lighting control module, just a thought that happens.
I WENT BACK TO CHECK THE BULBS EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T LOOK BLOWN. THEY HAD IN 4157 BULBS INSTEAD OF 3157 BULBS WHICH ARE CALLED FOR. I PUT 2 NEW BULBS IN AND EVERY THING WORKED O-K. I DO BELIEVE I SHORTED THE WIRING WHEN I WORKED ON THE TRAILER BACK-UP LIGHTS. I SHOULD HAVE UNPLUGED THE TRAILER.
Glad you have it fixed...
