TRUCK MAKES A FLUTTERING NOISE WHEN I ACCELERATE AND MY CHECK ENGINE LITE BLINK

OK I WILL HAVE IT CHECKED BUT IN THE MEAN TIME BECAUSE IM AT WORK AND ITS THE ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION WHAT ARE THE MOST CAUSES OF THIS SITUATION?

Could be any nuber of things, scondary ignition, spark plugs, leaking intake manifold gaskets are common faults. Have seen a couple with broken valve springs.
