Why would I hear a strange humming sound when I reach speeds over 35

What is your question?

I am concerned about a loud humming sound my truck is making when I accelerate and the car change gear at 35mph. Once the truck kicks into gear the first time, the sound is consistent until I come to a complete stop. I am curious if the sound could be my transmission, wheel alignment, or what.
