Truck runs rough on acceleration after it sets for more than a day. Changed plugs, wires, distributer and rotor, 02 sensors, mass air flow sensor, and crank sensor. Still no fix
What is your question?
Problem is intermittent. Truck will backfire and have a rough acceleration mostly out of first gear. After it has been driven for a while, truck will run normal. Runs rough mostly after setting for more than a day.

Concentrate more on fuel delivery - TEST fuel pressure including leak down after engine off. Scan test of coolant temperature sensor BEFORE engine on after parked overnight also highly recommended - should read ambient.
