When I use the turn signal, both rear turn signals flash.

What is your question?

When using the left turn signal, the seat belt light flashes. The turn signals will sometimes flash at regular speed, sometimes very slowly, sometimes they will just stay on. I just had the fuel pump and sending unit changed out last week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
