My van has been sitting for a little over a year, and I want to drive it again.

What is your question?

What is needed for me to begin driving the van again. I know charging the battery, putting gasoline in and air in tires. However do I have to change any fluids or anything else am I missing? Thank you. It has over 200k miles but runs great.

Check *ALL* fluid levels .. premium gas would be best for the first tank or two... Oil change 'maybe' if due but not necessary if it's clean and full... Drive it on a few short test drives listen for any strange sounds and check for any leaks.. Should be ok!
