Yesterday my Starter went out, replaced the starter and the van started back up, turned it off and tried to restart now it trys to turn over but does not fire, the fuel pump kicks on but its like its not getting any gas

Thank you for your help. It turned out to be that this vehicle requirea a dual ground and my father had poulled one of them thinking that it was redundant and unneeded.
