What is your question?
All four brakes are worn out or rusted really bad/seized up. It will need new brake pads, rotors and possibly calipers for the front brakes and new brake drums, brake shoes and brake hardware, springs retainers, etc. Also all new brake lines and brake fluid.
How long has your 1995 GMC Safari had this problem?
It's been parked for over 2 years.
