What is your question?
It sounds like it wants to start but it just won't. Already changed the battery, alternator and spark plugs but it is still not turning over. It was in a small fender bender then shut off immediately afterwards. It was not a hard fender bender more like a soft bump & traded some paint.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Simply transferring paint in a minor fender bender is not relevant to a no start condition on this vehicle. Is fuel pump turning on when key is turned on? Got good hot spark at the spark plugs? Not familiar with automobile troubleshooting - - seek *hands-on* assistance from qualifying personnel.
