cruise control inoperative

Checked fuse, i am getting continuity up through the push button on turn signal lever, replaced small black box under dash, left of steering colmn. i have great vacuum to throttle actuator. please help!

did you replace the cruise module? If you did then check your actuator to see if it is pulling in

Should not have vacuum @ the CRUISE actuator unless rear wheels are turning! Possible broken cable/linkage.
