I recently had fuel pump+starter replaced and it isn't getting fuel

First PROVE the fuel pump IS working--TEST pressure with a gauge. Then , PROVE you have 'injector pulse'. Next PROVE you have SPARK. HINT; check for injector pulse using a 'noid' light DO NOT use standard test light , it will most likely wreck PCM/injector drivers.
