most likely cv axle/half shaft.it takes the same one for either side,if 2WD.

would that cause the tire to move when you get the brakes

needs to be inspected for loose or worn suspension parts,wheel bearing,lug nuts,cv axle!

Possible worn//dry steering components from lack of grease.. There is at least 10 grease fittings for the steering components on this vehicle!!
