Had the vehicle for exactly 6 days i have been the only driver i know I didn't drive in 4 high but the dealer is saying when he picked up the truck it was in 4 high.Given him the benefit of the doubt if it was in 4 high it was done by accident and only could have been in 4 high for approximately an hour (if it was in 4 high)
