What's the gurgling sound that is coming from engine??

When i turn on my car the engine sounds like it's clogged. There's a gurgling almost bubbling sound that you can hear when the car is running??
Also when I first turn my car on there is a high pitch squeal almost like the sound of a turbine that lasts for about 30 sec. then it's gone. It only happens when I start it and it hasn't been drove in a few hours.
What makes this problem better or worse?
I bought the vehicle In the end of fall beginning of winter so I don't really know yet what makes it better or worse

Check engine coolant level while engine is COLD .. The “gurgling†sound is usually caused by coolant flowing through the heater core - which is inside the cabin.
“High pitch squeal†is more than likely coming from the drive belt - after vehicle has been parked for awhile - then started - the alternator is under a heavier load than normal as it's trying to replenish the battery back to a full charge.

Gurgling noise is most likely air in the system. The noise sounds like belt noise. The correlation could be leaking water pump dripping on belt overnight contaminating belt and allowing air into the cooling system causing gurgling.
This is theory your vehicle needs and inspection for coolant leaks first.
