Bolt broke off in block when changing water pump. Will the other 3 bolts hold it

It seems to be holding up so far and the truck sounds good and no leaks so far so I'm keeping fingers crossed! I'm not sure exactly which one broke but I know it snapped with no way to get it out lol but we had to use 2 different tools to make our own cause the parts store only had Ford tools if u can imagine! Anyhow we sealed as best we could and hoping we can make it til we can get a shop to fix it or it lasts long enough if won't matter anymore! Thank u for ur response!
