It feels like its misfiring but its seems to be good when we get up to speed like 60mph

There are a lot of things that could cause that problem, such as bad temperature sensors, worn plugs, etc. Really should be brought to a qualified shop and preferably left overnight to cold soak to duplicate problem. Depending on the engine package these are also known for head and valve issues as well. Use Repair Pal to locate a shop near you. Good luck Clint
Coil on plug ignition system - 2003 year model - well over 100k miles .. Ignition coils ever been replaced? ... Oil ponding in spark plug tubes will deteriorate spark plug boots. Misfiring cylinder is simply not as pronounced after vehicle is up to speed - less load on engine. This is something the average DIYer should be able to check out.
Cold ambient temperature is a contributing factor anytime another issue is present.
