will bad PCM affect REP light

What is your question?

2002 GMC envoy, changed pedal and throttle body, had throttle harness end changed. Have not changed MAF or Idle air intake sensor yet Will failing PCM cause REP light to intermittently flash..Also just read that failing PCM will make connecting to scan tool difficult. Which is also happening..

What makes this problem better or worse?

occurs mainly in idle
