Locked out- remotes simultaneously quit. Locked manually, key turns to no avail?

Key wont unlock either door? Door lock cylinders must be dried out and stuck from lack of exercise. Try some WD-40 with straw attached and spray, a bunch, with straw pushed into key slot. Let it sit a little while and try the key again but a 'little' harder this time in the direction it does not want to turn. The key turns easy in the locked position direction but turn it in the opposite direction to unlock! Might even try to spray some by the window rubber in the lock's direction. Spray the heck out of it!!!
