My wipers and wiper fluid we're working sporadically and have stopped could this be the motor or the circuit board

unplug the wiper motor connector.turn the wipers on,do you have power at the connector? if you have power there and the wipers don't work,then the motor is shot,but i doubt this is what you'll find.it's probably the turn signal switch,that's bad.
