What is your question?
I have removed all the door wire harnesses and shook the out and water poured out. once they have dried out, I still have the same issue. Since I know the front speakers are wired together by sides of the vehicle, I am confused as to why I have no sound. Is it the amp, the speakers, the head unit or the wiring harnesses? Best guess is I will need to replace the speakers since I have sound from 1 cluster and a twitter, but I am looking for advice.

allway the same
How long has your 2011 GMC Acadia had this problem?

Is this a factory equipped General Motors audio unit? You could have a wiring concern or a head unit or amplifier concern. It seems odd that all your speakers would fail spontaneously at the same time.
Hey, if it is not a setting issue just grab a multimeter and check for continuity between the wires at the speakers and the wires at the back of the head unit. The head unit (factory or aftermarket) will either have a sticker labeling the speaker wires or a label on each wire.
A known good speaker is a very valuable diagnostic aid !
