How do I remove my inside rearview mirror?

What is your question?

When I reached up to adjust my inside rearview mirror yesterday, something snapped when I slightly moved it and now the mirror is floppy. It won't hold it in place. I'm trying to figure out how to remove the mirror and mirror arm, to see if I can open it up and repair it somehow, but it is not obvious how to remove it. Thank you for your help!
