Bogs down on hills and won't gain speed.

What is your question?

Push on gas pedal on hills. Seems like in not hitting it at all. It stalls when I'm at a stop sign on a hill. It put putts when trying to go faster. Replaced fuel filter, fuel injectors, spark plugs, oil, cat, fuel pressure regulator. Car was running fine until replaced the oil and found the oil filter was loose.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Better when on flat ground only going 35mph. Worse going uphill hitting the gas.
