A/C quits working and won't shift out of park - fuse keeps blowing?

What is your question?

Uped to 30 amp fuse works a while then blows. Same problem again. Mechanic thinks might be in the compressor. Do I need to replace it?

DO NOT USE A HIGHER AMP FUSE THAN WHAT IT CALLS FOR!!!find the short,and fix it.the fuse is doing its job,its blowing for a reason.YOU WILL/CAN BURN THE WIRING,AND COULD CATCH THE CAR ON FIRE!!!
