I bought the car, as a project. before i drove and test the car. the steering wheel its easy to turn using one hand.. but suddenly its like a rock, both hands heavy to steer..like stiffed

3 cylinders don't have power steering. some 4 cylinders after i think 1995 did have power steering. if it has power steering,the reservoir will be next to the pump..if no pump,then no reservoir.
If it has power steering (not all do) the reservoir will be on the end of the engine where the belts are visible, and either behind the headlight or beside/under the air cleaner inlet tube.
