dropped gas tank, changed fuel lines, now it wont start? any suggestions

You say it turned over for a few seconds but now wont start. so what, it quit turning over ? in which case it has nothing to do with fuel lines etc. the work you just did, if it's not cranking it has to do with the starting system, battter, starter etc. If it's cranking and not starting and your gettting spark, is the fuel pump pumping is the next question.
