91 geo metro lsi igntition coil replaced, spark plugs and wires replaced but it still wont start it cranks over but wont start it was spitting and sputtering before it wouldnt run period and ive also check the fuel pump and it kicks on also so any ideas
What makes this problem better or worse?
Before it had stopped running I put fuel cleaner in it and it ran fine for a couple of days

Check the distributor cap, especially if you have washed the engine recently, or had heavy rain.
Also, note that a single cylinder misfire on that engine will prevent it from running. Those engines are really tough, but they are seldom maintained vehicles.
Check distributor, test coil, check fuel line pressure, and check that the throttle body is clean and clear of debris. If all checks out, compression test for all 3 cylinders.
