My serpentine belt keep breaking, my power steering pulley will not turn

If ur power steering pulley won't turn, that's the reason ur belt keeps breaking. Check all pulleys(a couple won't move with out engine on). If you smell something burning before it breaks, you have a seized pulley somewhere
