Popcorn sound in Driver's side front

What is your question?

When I drive at low speeds(25-35mph) I hear a sound like popcorn coming from driver's side. Sounds like the something coming in and out or a lottery ball floating around sound. I thought it was shock but it isn't.

Could be possible brakes or wheel bearing?
