Well, pumping the pedal shouldn't have anything to do with starting? It is fuel injected. You might want to have the fuel pressure test?

Sounds like you have an electrical draw? You should take it to your mechanic to see what is causing the problem?

Is it smoking out the tail pipe? Is you engine oil looking milky? You may have a blown head gasket or worse?

The fuel pump relay should be located under the hood in the fuse and relay box.

Did you replace the coolant temperature switch or coolant temperature sensor? You need the coolant temperature switch.

Well if you pulled the fuse and the horn stop blowing? You are on the right track. Now take it to a repair shop to see what the problem is? Possible bad horn pad?

If you buy a fuel pressure regulator. It will come with a new O-ring.
