Van has sat for several years, installed new plugs, changed oil, has new fuel and injector cleaner in tank, it turns over quickly enough, but won't fire/start..
May need a helper - a quiet environment is helpful as well. Each time key is turned from off to on - fuel pump should run for couple of seconds.
