Can this problem be solved?

what are the codes you are getting,If your having multiple codes you could have a bad pcm

Inspect spark plugs(have you changed them since fist getting the code?).Monitor live data with proper scan tool and see if any sensors are not in proper range IE - temp reading below 190F after full warm up. Watch spark advance and long term fuel trim and more , will give you better info to diagnose.
