93 Tempo V6, wow! Nice. Behind the drive belt at the front of the engine...one of those pulleys drives the water pump. Here's the thing: If you're asking, you're over-matched to replace it, especially on this car. They wedged this 3.0L V6 into a 4 cylinder engine compartment, and that's great -- but -- clearances are SUPER tight and it's quite difficult for a novice to access and replace this part. So, as pushrod suggested - consult a local shop. Good luck!
