wiper fluid doesn't come out

What is your question?

I can't tell if the wiper fluid has its own fuse. The manual is very confusing. Nevertheless, I press the button and though the wipers work, the fluid doesn't come out.

How long has your 2015 Ford Taurus had this problem?
