Alternator problems or wiring that is affecting the alternator function

What is your question?

The car has a thump like in the transmission, but no sensors are going on in the transmission. It has been tested and it is saying it is the Alternator that is causing the problem...We don't know what is going on and we needs to fix the car.

go to Autozone.. they can test your charging system for free.make sure the battery has a FULL charge on it before you take it in to be tested..charge it with a battery charger,disconnect the cables from the battery terminals before charging it!
