Why the car will not start

What is your question?

Once I try to turn the key to start the dash will light up bUT it want turn over. It just make a buzz noise. The horn, radio still works. Is there a recall anywhere on this

check the battery connections,make sure they are CLEAN and tight,including grounds.then have the battery tested,it may be bad.
