Heater works good while car is moving please help is cold

Infrared thermometer very handy for diagnosis.. Can’t assist with *hands-on* diagnostic procedure results - you’ll have to make the call. One suggestion - feel of BOTH heater hoses - should be as hot as upper radiator hose if heater core is open inside with coolant flowing through it. Good luck!
