How to change a torque converter in my car , or help if any one knows in a web site to show me from step to step to to do it . I have knowledge and I've worked oncars aa lot but I've never changed one . THANKS

Try YouTube but be advised this is a major undertaking !!!!! Even for a seasoned mechanic with the tools/equipment to handle it!!!

Easy .. with the proper tools. The whole engine cadle has to be removed and the engine left hanging on a special rig. You will have to remove the engine and trans together or recommend leaving this to a shop with the proper tools.
