could be several different things , we would need to do a diagnostic check to find out the problem

VACUUM LEAK!! .. Look very closley at the PCV valve vacuum circuit... BTW - Seems you forgot to mention the check engine light is on and trouble codes PO171 and/or PO174 are present plus fuel system returns to open loop while idling with engine warm!
