Heater or ac not blowing and 1 of the pulleys is not turning in a 2002 ford taurus

A / C compressor clutch (pulley) doesn't rotate unless A / C is activated - however that shouldn’t influence BLOWER FAN operation.. DIYer = check for blown fuse - - otherwise seek *hands-on* assistance from qualifying personnel.
