No heat coming out even after 15-20 minutes running. Blows but no heat. Only cold air. Help!

Is the engine running at operating temperature? What does the temperature gauge showes?
CK COOLANT LEVEL THEN MAKE SURE BOTH HEATER HOSES ARE HOT AT FIREWALL TO START WITH
Okay, I went out and ran it. Answer is: temp gauge is normal, right smack in the middle.
