headlight beam adjustment

Pull up in front of a level garage and shine the lights onto the garage door and look at the bulb from in front of the car and at the top of the bulb you will see a spring loaded screw turn it out and the beam will lower, keep turning until its slightly lower than the passenger side

no, there is not a set screw on my headlight.
