my turn signal light is blinking rapidly and I'm not sure why

What is your question?

My turn signal light to go left started blinking rapidly. Also the light for it inside stays on. And the bulb in front does not flash. What could be wrong? It's only with the left turn signal the right side blinks just fine.

Possibly there is an insufficient ground circuit to the left turn signal bulb(s) .. Possibly the ground circuit inside the bulb socket itself has failed.

Or basically a burnt out bulb would also more likely cause this?
