I changed out the fuel pump car still won’t start nor do I hear fuel pump come on

Look in the owner’s manual under emergency roadside assistance - see FUEL PUMP CUT OFF SWITCH.. Reset the switch.

Also called - inertia switch. GOOD LUCK!

It’d be a shame if you did all that work and all that was needed was to push a button! Just saying.
