after removal of 4 bolts surrounding cluster on all corners and removing both hex pinns bottom center cluster why won't it come out??

Don't forget the speedometer cable and the PRNDL indicator!.. Under hood, push speedometer cable in toward firewall to give yourself a little more slack inside... you might find a vid on YouTube.... Careful now, it's easy to FÂ¥Â£â‚¬ up more that it's worth to attempt this yourself!!
