What is your question?
I recently had a 10A fuse blow that ran the hazard lights. When I replaced the fuse my reverse lights and third brake light do not work.

Is this an automatic transmission? Or manual? Not sure which fuse you had blow. There is a 10A fuse that protects a circuit that combines the indicator flasher relay, the ABS control module and the reverse light switch. It would also control a few things for an automatic transmission, so it leads me to think you drive a manual transmission Ranger. And it controls the speed control servo. If this was the fuse that blew, keep in mind that the back up light switch is also on that circuit, and there may be a problem there. The third brake light -- this could be a bulb, plan and simple. I am not seeing any correlation.
look for a melted wire at the trailer connection if you have one and /or at the tail light housings- sounds like you had a battey positive that shorted to ground and damaged some wires in the area. Greg
