Stuck in 4LO

What is your question?

Transfer case motor is stuck in 4LO. I have replaced the switch, controller, and transfer case motor. The transfer case is able to be manually turned to 2WD and 4HI, I cannot get it back up to 4LO. When selecting a different drive from the switch there is no sound (used to hear a click from the controller behind the dash). 2005 Ford Ranger FX4 4.0L
